WELCOME TO NPSims | NEW WARGAMING JOBS POSTED

Near Peer Simulations offers crash courses in entry level Wargaming free of charge twice a year. One of our assessments in the industry is a lack of young adults being exposed to Wargaming or the financial barriers that exist which prevent creative and aspiring minds from entering the field. For those who complete our course and decide to seek jobs in the industry, you'll be paired with a mentor for a period of time to assist you in your path forward.

Wargaming as a whole has been plagued by compartmentalization in both the Professional and Hobby gaming spaces. By creating a central repository for all things wargaming in CONUS (continental United States) NPSims hopes to achieve two aims;

• Create a wealth of information in one place for people interested in all aspects of Wargaming, from resources & tools to communities, jobs and events.

• Promote collaboration between Wargaming Communities and expose wargaming to a wider audience. 

NPSims is committed to creating an environment for individuals of all backgrounds to test their wargaming concepts within an established community. Often times wargamers have unique and interesting ideas to push the boundaries of current methodology but are unable to execute those concepts for various reasons. 

Currently we are trialing the Interactive Tactical Decision Game concept which aims to bring TDG Wargaming into the digital age via a Hybrid Format (Digital / Analogue)
