At Near Peer Simulations, we started with a simple idea: invest in people who have the passion and drive to become the next generation of professional wargamers. 

We believe cultivating future talent is the best way to change the traditional biases of wargaming and should not be limited by financial barriers. 

That's why we offer free and high-quality wargaming courses twice a year to aspiring minds of all backgrounds.

Our network of volunteer mentors are passionate about teaching and have years of experience in their fields. They are dedicated to helping participants achieve their academic goals and reach their full potential.

Once you finish our course, you will be assigned a mentor who will assist with any questions should you decide to start job seeking in the industry. 

All participants will get access to a private forum after completing our course for long-term communication and community.
